The organization has been serving the needs of the Vernon-Rockville community in Connecticut for over 60 years. They offer various housing programs with well-maintained communities in quiet neighborhoods. The apartments are subsidized, with utilities included, and are accessible to the elderly and/or disabled.

The Vernon Housing Authority aims to build better neighborhoods by providing comprehensive housing opportunities for qualified families through housing management services. Office Hours:
Open to the public Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 4:00pm (except 12:00 – 1:00 pm daily).
Closed to the public on Fridays (Administrative Day).

Do not email PRIVATE PERSONAL INFORMATION to any employee. Private information must be dropped off, faxed, or sent via mail.
Documents:
Documents may be mailed or dropped off in the black night box located outside 21 Court Street, Vernon, CT 06066.

To request maintenance, please call (860) 871-0886 ext. 415. For emergency maintenance requests, please call the emergency maintenance number (860) 796-8604.
Rent Payments:
- CASH PAYMENTS NOT PERMITTED
- RENT PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON THE 1ST OF THE MONTH
- PAYMENTS MUST BE IN THE FORM OF CHECK, MONEY ORDER OR BANK CHECKS ONLY
- Made out to VERNON HOUSING AUTHORITY and either mailed to Vernon Housing Authority, 21 Court Street, Suite 114, Vernon, CT 06066, dropped off in the outside Black Box, or dropped off in one of the Rent Drop Box locations.
